Subject: The birch board is disappear.

To Whom it may concern:

Last week, I purchased a birch big bookcase online from your company.  Unfortunately, when I open the package I found out that the birch board to separate level is disappear.

Even though I tried to cut that hundred-years-old birch which is symbol of my village, it still doesn’t work. Therefore, I am requesting that you just sent six piece to me.
